George Western Foods Annual Conference Case Study

Brief

In a significantly original and creative twist, Audio Visual Events (AVE) were asked to provide a fully themed area where the overall appearance of the room changed as the day progressed ñ walls could blend from morning, to afternoon, to dusk during the course of the conference.

Solution

After assessing the dimensions of the room, The AVE production team turned the orientation area about, effectively transforming the room into a long narrow space. Then, using four large 16:9 aspect ratio screens down the sides and two for front presentation, we were able to create a scenic landscape that encompassed the room and surrounded the delegates. In accordance with the determined theme, and in conjunction with added room lighting landscape photos then changed on the screens each half hour, maintaining the ambiance of the progress of an entire day.
